South Portland Housing Authority (SPHA) is seeking proposals for the use of its Project-Based Program to provide rent subsidy to units for eligible households at or below very-low income limits. New construction projects located within the City of South Portland, Census Tract: 35, with units for occupancy by households age 55+ and/or 62+ are eligible for consideration.
