The public review period for the DRAFT SPHA Annual Plan for Fiscal Year Beginning 10/1/2023 begins on May 5, 2023 ends on June 20, 2023 at 1:00PM with a Public Hearing at SPHA, 100 Waterman Drive, Suite 101, South Portland, ME 04106. The Final Plan will be posted to this website once approved by the Board of Directors.
