SPHA Documents

South Portland Housing Authority (SPHA) has prepared a DRAFT Annual Public Housing Agency Plan for the period beginning October 1, 2024 as well as the agency Five-Year Plan. These documents are available for public review through Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 1:00PM, at which time a Public Hearing will be held at our office at the address below. Copies of the Plans will also be available for review and inspection during this period at our office during normal business hours. All comments should be made in writing and delivered to South Portland Housing Authority, 100 Waterman Drive, Suite 101, South Portland, ME 04106 and made to the attention of Leanna Bruce, Director of Housing Programs. All written comments received prior to the Public Hearing will be considered by South Portland Housing Authority.
