Thornton Heights Commons, a 42-unit building, located at 611 Main Street in South Portland, Maine. The building consists of affordable housing unit, project-based voucher units, and market rate units.
Preference on the waiting list will be given to Elderly or Disabled applicants, Families with Children or Dependents, applicants that Live or Work in South Portland, Veterans, and Victims of a Federally Declared Natural Disaster. Applicants may apply for affordable housing units, project-based voucher units and/or market-rate units.
Income restrictions apply to affordable and project-based voucher units. Applicants already on waiting lists for other housing programs must apply separately for these programs and will not lose their place on other waiting lists when they apply.
