Applicants on the RAD Scattered Sites Project-Based Voucher waiting list may be offered a unit at any of the above locations (we are unable to take applicant requests for a specific property/unit):

1, 2 & 3 bedroom units available.

RAD PBV Residents pay 30% of their adjusted household income for rent.

Water, Heat, Electricity, and Gas are included.
