Board of Commissioners

The Board of Commissioners typically meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 5:00 pm at the South Portland Housing Authority administrative office located at 100 Waterman Drive, Suite 101, South Portland, or, the Betsy Ross Crossing at 101 Preble Street, South Portland. On months when there is an SPHDC Board meeting, the SPHA Board meeting will follow immediately after, at approx. 6 pm.

SPHDC Board meetings are scheduled at least quarterly and start at 5 pm. 

Commissioners serve five-year terms and are appointed by the South Portland City Council. Two members are South Portland Housing Authority resident representatives.
