NEW – SPHA PROPERTY APPLICATION EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026
South Portland Housing Authority has updated the SPHA Pre-Application for Housing.

The updated application is available for interested applicants to apply for the waiting lists for all SPHA programs and projects.
