PUBLIC NOTICE OF WAITING LIST CLOSURE

The following SPHA Property waiting lists will be closed, effective November 18, 2024 at 4:00PM, until further notice:

• Betsy Ross House
• Mill Cove
• Adam Court
• Ridgeland Estates
• Ridgeland Gardens
• Jocelyn Place, and
• Project-Based Vouchers for all developments

The following SPHA Property waiting lists are currently closed and will remain closed, until further notice:

• Thornton Heights Commons (Market Rate, Affordable and Project-Based Vouchers)

The Maine Section 8/HCV Waiting List will continue accepting applications and is expected to remain open indefinitely.
