CURRENT AVAILABLE APARTMENTS:
We currently have the following available units and are seeking eligible, qualified applicants that are ready to move immediately upon approval. We are unable to hold these units but do accept applications for the waiting lists for most of our properties. Call our intake department at 207-773-4140 for more information. 

• 2 Bedroom apartment on Chambers Avenue, South Portland, ME
  • Must be able to move in immediately upon approval
  • Preference for households with a voucher (Section 8, BRAP, Shelter Plus Care, etc.)
  • One person households not eligible
  • Contract Rent $2,140 (within most subsidy payment standards)
  • All utilities included
  • Washer, dryer and dishwasher in unit
  • 2nd Floor Unit, must be able to climb stairs
  • Good landlord and character references required
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check
  • One pet (cat, dog, bird, fish) allowed with $300 pet deposit
  • Security Deposit required with 3-month payment plan option
• 2 Bedroom unit at Mill Cove Apartments, 10 Soule Street, South Portland, ME
  
  • Must be able to move in immediately upon approval
  • Head of household or spouse must be 62 years of age or older OR disabled
  • Must meet very-low income limits
  • One person households not eligible
  • Subsidized – rent based on 30% of household income
  • All utilities included
  • Non-accessible unit, does not have a walk-in shower
  • Elevator, community room and laundry in building
  • Good landlord and character references required
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check
  • One pet (cat, dog, bird, fish) allowed with $300 pet deposit
  • Security Deposit required with 3-month payment plan option
